- Has exceptional customer service skills and genuinely enjoys creating meaningful connections with guests and regulars.
- Has a keen eye for detail and takes pride in maintaining high standards throughout the café.
- Is proactive, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Is comfortable coaching and motivating team members while leading by example.
- Looks for opportunities to increase sales through suggestive selling, merchandising, and creating an outstanding guest experience.
- Loves pie and all things baked goodness.
