StarLine & Multi-Build Solutions Group Inc. (MBSG) are looking for motivated General Labourers to join our growing team. No previous experience installing steel or fabric buildings is required—we are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals with a positive attitude who are eager to learn.
If you're willing to work hard, we'll provide the training and opportunities to help you advance into skilled installation and leadership roles.
What You'll Do
- Assist with the installation of industrial fabric and pre-engineered steel buildings.
- Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment.
- Use hand and power tools safely.
- Assist in erecting structural steel, wall panels, roofing systems, and building components.
- Maintain a clean and safe work site.
- Work alongside experienced installers, project managers, and supervisors to develop your skills.
- Travel to project sites throughout Western Canada as required.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and develop new construction skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to safety.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour, including lifting heavy materials.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights or willing to receive training.
- Valid Class 5 driver's license is an asset.
- Construction experience is an asset but not required.
