Dunrite Rubber & Plastic (Rite Idler)
Rite Idler manufactures quality medium-heavy duty conveyor idlers for bulk material handling industries. Most parts are manufactured and assembled in-house. Privately owned family oriented business.
We are looking for competent motivated individuals to be an asset to our team.
This is a production shop environment which primarily supports our own product line(s), also growing to further serve the industry and community.
CNC Machine shop duties and responsibilities:
Candidates must be able to program, set up, operate CNC Machines.
Able to use conventional Mill and Lathe.
Ensure machines are inspected and/or maintained.
Use safe lifting techniques for large parts or stock materials.
Coordinate with other operators and departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Must follow safety protocols, while meeting production timelines.
Keep dimensions within tolerance in accordance with the quality system requirements.
Qualifications:
Candidates must have 3 to 5+ years of experience.
Demonstrate ability to use common measuring tools.
Be familiar with FANUC & MAPPS (Doosan, Naka-Tome, Mori Seiki) machine controllers.
Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
