Detailed Job Duties:
- Reach out to potential customers to set up opportunities for providing samples, product demonstrations, or answering any questions.
- Assist customers with inquiries about orders or products via phone or email.
- Place customer orders over the phone.
- Update and maintain logs and spreadsheets of important internal information.
- Learn about the uses and benefits of our products.
- Create and share invoicing and other related documents for regular and wholesale shipments and direct billing.
- Follow up and keep communication with high value wholesale customers
Qualifications:
- Completed post-secondary education.
- 1 year of customer service experience.
- 1 year of phone/email support experience.
- 18+ and comfortable dealing with adult content.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Strong multitasking abilities.
- Willingness to learn (very important).
- Bilingual (French & English) is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of accounting an asset.
