Pipelayer - Civil Construction
We're looking for experienced Pipelayers to join our team! M&M Excavating Services Ltd. is a civil construction company based in the Fraser Valley Region and surrounding areas. You will be responsible for, but not limited to, install all types of underground and utility pipes, safe operation of various pieces of equipment used in a variety of settings and safely conduct works around vehicular and pedestrian traffic in tight situations while remaining productive.
Job Requirements:
- Valid BC driver's license and reliable transportation required
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the civil construction sector an asset
- Able to work under pressure and work long hours as required
- Ability to determine grades and proficiently use the associated measuring equipment
- Must be able to perform heavy manual labor under adverse weather conditions
- Must be capable of working in trenches, excavations and manholes
- Must be safety oriented, self-motivated and work well with others
- Must be reliable, dependable and punctual
Job Details:
- Full time position expecting to start ASAP
- Expected to work 40-50 hours per week
- Work is generally limited to the Fraser Valley, but not limited to Chilliwack to Surrey
- Overtime may be necessary
