What You’ll Be Working On
As part of the Twin Anchors team, you’ll help build high-quality modular homes, park models, and commercial modular buildings. Depending on your position, your responsibilities may include:
· Building and assembling modular structures.
· Installing and finishing construction components.
· Reading and following drawings and work instructions.
· Operating tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
· Producing quality work while meeting production schedules.
· Working collaboratively with other trades and departments.
· Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
· Contributing to a culture of teamwork, quality, and continuous improvement.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Commitment to workplace safety.
· Manufacturing or construction experience is an asset but not required for all positions.
· Apprentices and experienced tradespeople are encouraged to apply.
