Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other social media platforms.
- Assist with photography and short-form video creation for treatments and promotions.
- Help plan and schedule social media posts.
- Respond to online inquiries and support online community engagement.
- Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the clinic team to promote services, events, and special offers.
- Monitor social media performance and provide weekly reports.
- Support day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks.
- Assistant frontdesk task as needed.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Familiar with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Experience using Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Google Business Profile.
- Creative, organized, and eager to learn.
- Graphic, photography, and video editing experience is a must
- Experience in Healthcare/ Beauty/Derma Cosmetic is an advantage
