DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- As the Product Advisor, you will:
- Greet customers promptly when they visit the dealership and initiate conversation to identify their needs and build rapport.
- Demonstrate the selling-features of our used and new inventory, scheduling test drives and customer appointments, as well coordinating other sales effort with Sales Managers and team members.
- Prospect for potential customers through calls and correspondents such as social media posts, email, and online ads.
- Under the guidance of the Sales Manager, you will negotiate price/terms and overcome objections in order to reach a mutually beneficial purchase agreement.
- Conduct a pre-delivery inspection of vehicles to ensure vehicles are prepared according to customer expectations and if the Deliver Coordinator is unavailable, facilitate the delivery by going over all features, installing license plates, explaining service appointments, and answering questions.
- Complete other ad-hoc duties as outlined by the Sales Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
- Hold a current VSA Salesperson License or an ability and willingness to earn one
- Must have a valid BC Driver’s License
- Two years’ experience as a customer service representative
- Self-starter with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM practices an asset
