Marketing/Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing.
- Create engaging content for various platforms.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics for insights and optimization.
- Respond to customer quotation.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility needs.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or office admin.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Language Requirement: Mandarin or Cantonese Language
