We are looking for a bubbly, highly organized, and friendly Front Retail Star to be the face of our cupcake bakery! If you have a passion for sweet treats and love delivering excellent customer service, we want you to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, offer menu recommendations, and ensure a delightful, welcoming experience from the moment they walk in.
- Order Fulfillment: Carefully box and package cupcakes and other baked goods, ensuring presentation meets our high standards.
- POS Operation: Process cash and card payments accurately using our POS system.
- Store Presentation: Maintain a clean, sanitized, and visually appealing display counter and storefront throughout your shift.
- Restocking & Prep: Assist in restocking display cases, replenishing packaging materials, and completing light prep or cleaning tasks as assigned.
- Barista Duties
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in retail, food service, or customer service is a major asset.
- Professional, polite, and positive attitude.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail (making sure boxes of cupcakes are perfect for special events).

Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
