Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Flight Instructor to join our aviation training team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive flight training to students, ensuring safety, and fostering a positive learning environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership qualities, and a strong understanding of aviation principles. Fluency in multiple languages including French, Chinese, Hindi, Spanish, and English is highly desirable to accommodate diverse student backgrounds. The Flight Instructor will play a vital role in shaping competent pilots while adhering to all safety regulations and industry standards.
Duties
- Conduct flight training sessions for students at various skill levels, from beginner to advanced.
- Develop personalized training plans tailored to each student’s progress and learning style.
- Ensure all flight activities comply with FAA regulations and company safety protocols.
- Demonstrate aircraft operation procedures, navigation techniques, and emergency procedures.
- Monitor student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Maintain accurate records of training hours, assessments, and progress reports.
- Assist in organizing ground school classes and related instructional activities.
- Supervise student flights and ensure safety measures are strictly followed during all operations.
- Support the development of training materials and curriculum updates as needed.
- Foster a positive learning environment by demonstrating professionalism, patience, and leadership.
