Norcab is growing again and seeking an experienced Cabinet Installer who takes pride in precision, quality, and exceptional workmanship. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of hands-on experience installing custom cabinetry and millwork.
We specialize in high-end kitchens, built-ins, closets, wall units, and select commercial millwork, offering a diverse range of projects that keep the work engaging and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver and install custom cabinetry and millwork according to blueprints and specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve real-world site issues during installation
- Maintain a clean and organized work area with strong attention to detail
- Follow safety protocols and contribute to an efficient workflow
- Assist other company departments when required
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience installing custom cabinetry or millwork
- Proficient with woodworking tools, materials, and installation processes
- Ability to accurately read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong understanding of cabinetry installation best practices
Additional Requirements
- Ability to work productively within project labour budgets
- Strong commitment to quality workmanship and finishing standards
- Reliable, punctual, and able to collaborate effectively with the team
- Professional customer service and communication skills
Tools & Equipment:
All tools and equipment required to perform the job are fully provided by the company—no personal tools required.
Reporting Structure
This role reports directly to the Install Lead.
