Job Description:
The Accounting Clerk assists the accounting department with day-to-day activities including floats, outlet cash outs, balance sheets and data input.
Job Responsibilities:

Open and close office including reconciling the safe
-
Audit, input and reconcile daily sales from all departments
-
Prepare bank deposits and ATM refills
-
Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Prepare and issue change orders and petty cash, and floats
-
Month End duties including GL Account Reconciliations and audits

Research credit card charge backs
-
Perform related clerical duties, such as data entry, inventory audits, ad hoc reports, maintain filing and record systems
Job Requirements/Qualifications:

2-4 years previous accounting experience preferred
-
Minimum 1-2 years cash handling experience
-
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, Outlook

Experience with BI software preferred
-
Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to deal with a broad range of people & departments

Positive attitude and strong attention to detail

A Police Background Check from your home country or province will be required upon commencement of employment
