Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate product information, pricing, and availability to customers.
- Prepare and process quotes, orders, and invoices in an efficient and timely manner.
- Support outside sales representatives with quotes and customer follow-ups.
- Develop relationships with contractors, wholesalers, and purchasing agents.
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Stay up to date on product lines, new technologies, and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Inside sales or customer service experience (plumbing, mechanical, or industrial supply experience preferred).
- Strong technical knowledge of plumbing and mechanical products (valves, fittings, pumps, piping, etc.).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Team-oriented with a customer-first attitude.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
