Summary
Physio Pros is seeking a Physiotherapy Assistant to join our team. This role is vital in managing our medical devices or products and ensuring seamless integration with our clinical services. This job is mainly a remote position, however some on-site visits may be required.
Responsibilities - Clinical
- Setting up patients on spinal decompression
- Setting up patients on knee decompression
- Administering shockwave therapy sessions
- Providing rehabilitation exercises to patients
- Administering laser therapy to patients
- Administering manual therapy to patients
- Assisting in doing brace and compression sock measurements
- Assisting in dispensing medical devices
Responsibilities - Administrative
- Booking new patients
- Scheduling patient follow-up appointments
- Collecting payments
- Organizing insurance claims
Skills Required
- good communication skills
- confident personality
- experience in a health clinic an asset
- experience in administration
- Ability to multi-task
- PTA diploma or kinesiology licensure an asset
Full training will be provided. We believe in building a high-quality culture of the clinic and are looking for someone motivated and willing to learn.
Pay: $19.00-$23.00 per hour
