Reporting into an experienced VP, Finance, the Senior Manager, Finance will be a key member of the leadership team, overseeing global finance operations across accounting, tax, treasury, and compliance functions. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by ensuring financial accuracy, driving operational improvements, and supporting strategic decision-making across a growing multinational organization.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on, analytical finance leader with experience managing complex accounting environments and partnering with cross-functional teams across multiple entities and locations.

Key Responsibilities include:
Financial Leadership & Reporting
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting, audits, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Drive improvements in financial processes, ERP systems, reporting tools, and automation.
- Provide financial insights, forecasting, and strategic support to executive leadership.
Treasury & Tax
- Partner with external advisors on global tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Support financing activities, insurance renewals, and working capital optimization.
Operational & Strategic Finance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve profitability, cost visibility, and operational performance.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives including growth and expansion projects.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Build scalable processes to support ongoing global growth.
- CPA designation required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 4–8+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience.
- Experience with global accounting, consolidations, and multi-entity/multi-currency environments.
- Strong understanding of inventory accounting, cost accounting, and operational finance.
- Experience with ERP systems, process improvements, and financial modeling.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
The base salary depends on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience-
