Employment Type: Contract to Permanent
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: Afternoons; Monday - Friday, 2:50pm - 11:00pm
*Must be willing to train on days

Job Summary:
Seeking a General Labourer to support manufacturing operations in a fast-paced environment. Duties include operating machinery, monitoring quality, and maintaining accurate production records. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate assigned machinery according to specifications
- Load and unload machines
- Accurately track and record part counts
- Inspect parts using check fixtures
- Complete check sheets and scrap logs
- Report issues to the Set-Up Operator
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Both written and verbal communication in English
- Mechanically inclined with prior machine operation experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Good time management and attention to detail
- Strong manual dexterity
- Minimum of some high school education or equivalent
- 3-6 months of manufacturing experience preferred
