We are a growing wealth management practice seeking a polished and detail-oriented Office Manager & Marketing Coordinator to support office operations, administrative functions, and help enhance our client experience and brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations, administrative duties, and client communications
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and maintain organized calendars
- Prepare, process, and maintain client documentation with accuracy
- Handle general administrative tasks including correspondence, filing, and office organization
- Support marketing initiatives and client events
- Assist with CRM management and client engagement strategies
Qualifications
- Administrative or office management experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience or interest in marketing and client engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (CRM experience an asset)
Compensation & Benefits
- $21–$26/hour, based on experience
- Benefits after 3 months
