Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Busboy/Barista to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness, and preparing beverages in a fast-paced food service environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling, barista duties, and cash handling, with a strong focus on teamwork and time management. Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean dining environment
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to customers as needed
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages with attention to quality and presentation
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Micros POS
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including washing dishes and sanitizing surfaces
- Ensure food safety standards are followed during food preparation and handling
- Support the team with basic food preparation tasks when required
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure efficient service
- Provide friendly customer service by greeting guests and addressing their needs
Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in food service is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and attentiveness
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math calculations for transactions
- Experience in food handling, serving, and food safety protocols
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
- Ability to work quickly and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of food preparation and food industry standards
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed

Pay: $16.10-$24.30 per hour
