Roseville Estate is looking for servers and bartenders to service our guests and prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. You will make people feel welcome and add value to our customer experience. The ideal candidate will provide an excellent service and make the guest feel special and welcome, and will adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers in a positive manner
- Welcome customers upon arrival and exit from the restaurant. Ensure optimal flow of customers throughout the day
- Observe customers to determine their needs and preferences
- Make recommendations as well as select ingredients for cocktails
- Prepare garnishes
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area at all times
- Always be on time and presentable in order to maintain a professional image
- Work with a team to ensure the proper operation of the restaurant
Skills
- Proven work experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques
- Ability to use a sharp knife
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work various shifts (11-5)
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Types: Seasonal, Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- Cambridge, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
