Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced Ceramic Coating Technician to join the fastest growing ceramic coating shop in Vancouver. This role is for someone who takes real pride in their craft, cares deeply about attention to detail, and wants to be part of a shop that sets the standard for quality in the city.

This is a commission-based role with consistent work for the right person.
Responsibilities
Prepare vehicle surfaces properly through washing, decontamination, masking, and paint correction
Apply ceramic coatings with precision, consistency, and care, following our exact process and standards
Perform polishing and paint correction work to achieve high-level finishes
Inspect vehicles before and after service to ensure quality control
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Communicate professionally with clients when needed and represent the brand properly
Handle tools, products, and equipment responsibly and safely
Follow structured processes while continuously improving technique and efficiency
Experience & Qualifications
Hands-on experience with ceramic coatings is required
Strong understanding of paint correction, polishing, and surface preparation
Auto detailing or auto body experience is highly preferred
Comfortable using polishing machines, buffers, and professional detailing tools
Fluent in English with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
Excellent attention to detail — this role is not for rushed or careless work
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and improve the “right way” of doing things
