Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Dental Administrator to join our team on an interim basis to fill a medical leave. We are seeking someone who is available 3–5 days per week, with flexible hours to accommodate your schedule. This energetic role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the dental practice by managing administrative tasks, coordinating patient flow, and supporting clinical staff. - Experience using Tracker dental practice management software as a dental receptionist is required.
- Wage and hours are negotiable based on experience and availability.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and efficiently manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule appointments accurately using Tracker dental practice management software ensuring optimal patient flow.
- Verify patient insurance information, process payments, and handle billing inquiries with professionalism and clarity.
- Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls to appropriate staff members and managing appointment confirmations.
- Handle administrative correspondence, including emails, appointment reminders, and other communication with patients.

- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment.
- Strong communication skills for interacting effectively with patients and insurance providers.
