We are a well-established private Montessori CASA school in the Hillhurst N.W. area of Calgary. Currently, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Montessori Teacher Assistant to join our Casa/Kindergarten classroom on either a full-time or part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare the classroom environment to optimize learning experiences for students.
- Observe and document student behaviours to support individualized learning plans.
- Assist teachers in delivering Montessori lessons and activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to growth and exploration.
Requirements:
- Positive and friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Openness to constructive feedback and willingness to adapt to changing needs.
- AMI or MACTE recognized Montessori Certification (an asset).
- Child Development Certification.
- Current Criminal Record Check.
- Current First Aid Certificate.

Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience
