Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that shipments are accurately received, processed, and dispatched efficiently. Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments using forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against shipping documents and purchase orders
- Prepare orders for shipment and ensuring proper labeling and documentation
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Conduct regular inspections of incoming goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues promptly
- Assist with warehouse organization, including stacking, storing, and maintaining a clean work environment
Experience
- Prior experience in shipping & receiving or warehouse distribution environments preferred
- Hands-on experience with forklift operation, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment required; certification is a plus
- Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately
- Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes, including order picking and packaging procedures
- Proven ability to load & unload shipments efficiently while maintaining safety standards
- Previous experience working in e-commerce warehouses or with order picker equipment is advantageous

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
