Responsibilities
As a Commercial Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and professional environments for our clients.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Clean offices, commercial buildings, retail stores, medical offices, restaurants, salons, and other commercial facilities.
- Dust desks, furniture, ledges, fixtures, and high-touch surfaces.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs.
- Sweep, mop, and maintain hard floor surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms.
- Clean kitchens, lunchrooms, and break areas.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins.
- Restock washroom and kitchen supplies when required.
- Spot clean glass doors, mirrors, and interior windows.
- Lock and secure client premises upon completion when required.
- Take before-and-after photos when requested.
- Report maintenance issues or damages to management.
- Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of commercial cleaning experience.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Reliable personal vehicle.
- Own professional cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent time management.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to travel to various job sites throughout the GTA.
Required Equipment

- Commercial-grade vacuum
- Mop system and buckets
- Microfiber cloths
- Cleaning chemicals
- Glass cleaning tools
- Duster and extension pole
- Garbage bags
- PPE (gloves, safety glasses, safety footwear, etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
- WHMIS Certification
- Experience cleaning:

- Warehouses
- Commercial liability insurance (preferred)
- Ability to lead a small cleaning team (asset)
