Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Skid Steer Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating various types of heavy equipment and a strong understanding of construction site operations. As a Skid Steer Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining skid steer equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.
Duties
- Operate skid steer equipment to perform tasks such as grading, leveling, and excavating
- Use skid steer to load and unload materials
- Assist with site preparation and cleanup
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have the following experience:
- Previous experience operating skid steer equipment
- Mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation
- Commercial driving experience is a plus
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
