Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Supervisor to help lead our hospitality team in delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive food service experience, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment. This role involves overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality setting. Previous experience in restaurant management, food handling, and customer service is essential to succeed in this position.
This position leads the front-of-house team, coordinates service during busy meal periods, supports staff training and development, and works closely with the Kitchen Supervisor and Food & Beverage Manager to provide an outstanding dining experience for guests and resort visitors.

Duties
- Supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts, and bartenders, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Manage food preparation and serving processes to maintain high standards of quality and presentation
- Oversee POS systems such as Squirrel for order processing and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and enhance guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and efficient service flow
- Monitor cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold hygiene standards
- Assist with restaurant management tasks including scheduling, inventory control, and operational planning
- Lead by example in hospitality excellence, demonstrating leadership in a fast-paced environment
Skills
- Proven supervising experience within the food industry or restaurant management roles
- Strong leadership abilities with team management skills and the ability to motivate staff
- Extensive food service experience including food preparation, cooking, serving, and food safety practices
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly yet professional demeanor
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a high-volume setting
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, hospitality standards, and the food industry trends
