We are a fast-paced, customer-focused business seeking a reliable and adaptable individual to join our team. This is a hybrid role that combines office support with local deliveries, perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of responsibilities and staying active.
Responsibilities:
- Office & Administrative Support:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner
- Perform data entry, email correspondence, and general file management
- Prepare and process invoices, track accounts receivable, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Support billing inquiries and maintain accurate customer account records
- Assist with scheduling, document organization, and other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable with computers (email, basic software, typing, data entry)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable, organized, and self-motivated
- Previous experience in deliveries or office work is an asset, but not required
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
