NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS
Please apply ONLY if you meet ALL the following:
- Minimum 6 months of sales experience

- Strong telephone sales, communication, and closing skills
- MUST be comfortable appearing on camera and creating social media content
- Commitment to staying current with Canadian immigration changes

This is NOT an entry-level immigration training position. You MUST already have current Canadian immigration knowledge.
What You Will Do
- Contact qualified warm leads generated through company marketing
- Conduct scheduled telephone consultations and client calls
- Understand each prospective client's circumstances and immigration needs
- Identify potential immigration pathways and appropriate services
- Follow up consistently and handle questions or objections
- Convert qualified inquiries into clients

We want someone who:
- Is driven by sales, results, and earning potential
- Takes ownership of leads and follows up consistently
- Is confident, organized, accountable, and professional
- Values honesty and transparency
- Wants to build their own client portfolio and professional reputation
- Wants to grow with Bright Light Immigration long term
The right person should want to build a strong book of business, generate referrals and repeat clients, and increase their income as their performance grows.
Our Approach
We provide legal, ethical, and transparent Canadian immigration solutions. We do NOT sell LMIAs or provide employer support for the purpose of obtaining an LMIA, and we do not mislead clients to make a sale.
You will be expected to maintain the same standards.
