Job Summary
Versatile Property Management Solutions is part of the Versatile Group (www.versatilegroup.ca), a growing real estate company with a portfolio of 60+ residential units and over $50 million in real estate assets across the GTA and Southern Ontario. Our team specializes in acquisitions, renovations, property management, and value-add multifamily projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Market rental properties through Facebook Marketplace, social media, and online rental platforms.
- Respond to inquiries and manage communication with prospective tenants.
- Schedule and conduct property showings.
- Screen applicants, verify income and references, and recommend qualified tenants.
- Coordinate lease signings, move-ins, and tenant onboarding.
- Maintain leasing records and a database of prospective tenants.
- Monitor rental market trends and recommend pricing strategies.
- Help minimize vacancies and maintain strong occupancy across the portfolio.
Qualifications
- Previous property management experience is required.
- Strong sales, communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable using Facebook Marketplace and digital marketing tools.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Access to a vehicle is preferred.
Part-time position with flexible hours and growth opportunities as our portfolio continues to expand.
Pay: $22.45-$30.01 per hour
