We're growing and are looking for a compassionate Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) or Registered Social Worker (MSW) to join our team in Kamloops. What you'll be doing
- Provide individual and/or couples counselling
- Support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, stress, relationship challenges, and life transitions
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Manage your own schedule with flexibility
- Collaborate with colleagues when consultation or support would be helpful
Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Counselling, Social Work, or a related field
- Registration in good standing as an RCC, MSW, or CCC
- Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Eligibility to practice independently in British Columbia
Experience in trauma-informed therapy, couples counselling, EMDR, EFT, Gottman Method, IFS, Brainspotting, ACT, DBT, or other evidence-based approaches is welcomed, but not required.
We're far more interested in finding an excellent therapist than someone who checks every box.
Compensation
Independent Contractor
Competitive percentage split with a consistent referral stream.
Most therapists build a sustainable caseload within approximately 6 to 9 months.
Part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
