The Green Acres Inn is looking for exceptional people to join our Housekeeping Team. As a small family owned and operated inn, we offer an excellent working environment where everyone is treated with kindness and respect.
We are looking for an individual who will be able to nurture a good working relationship with all staff including maintenance and front desk; who has exceptional organizational, time management and problem solving skills. It would be an asset if one was interested in light gardening, painting and simple maintenance tasks. We would also like to offer the right candidate time at our front desk checking guests in and out, answering phones and taking reservations.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Providing professional and warm interactions with our valued guests
- Supporting Front Desk Team
- Reporting maintenance issues to front desk and maintenance
- Ensure rooms are well serviced and kept to our high level of standards
- Ensuring lost property is kept safely and returned to its owner
- Washing, drying and folding of linens
- Linen areas are kept organized and tidy
- Equipment is safely stored and in good working order
