The Role
We are looking for a dependable and driven Retail Key Holder to support store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities. As a key member of our leadership team, you’ll help ensure the store runs smoothly when management is not present and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You'll play a key role in delivering personalized experiences to clients, helping them find the perfect hair extensions or tools, and ensuring every customer leaves feeling empowered and beautiful.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and create a welcoming in-store experience
- Provide expert advice on hair extensions, tools, and hair care products
- Educate customers on the benefits and application of Bombay Hair products
- Assist with in-store demos and consultations
- Maintain store cleanliness, restock shelves, and organize product displays
- Process transactions and handle POS systems accurately
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
- Act as a brand ambassador — helping customers feel confident in their purchases

- Retail or customer service experience (beauty or hair industry is a plus!)

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Provide world-class customer service to our clients via phone, live chat, and email
- Resolve client inquiries with a first contact resolution and a sense of urgency
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support clients through assisting retail and e-commerce orders, returns, and more
- Provide clients with exceptional solutions, product knowledge, and recommendations
- Learn to navigate and multi-task various tech systems
- Develop and manage strong customer relationships through outstanding and consistent customer experiences
- Ensure proper procedures/guidelines are followed and adhered to.
- Maintain attendance and availability requirements
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- Call center, contact center and/or customer service experience is considered an asset
- A commitment to complete 1 week of full-time training and adaptability to learning new applications and systems.
- Experience working in E-Commerce, Customer Service, or Retail Sales.
- An ability to prioritize and time-manage
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of organizational and time management skills.
- Be a team player; motivating and helping others.
- Able to work in a team environment and independently.
- Excellent leadership/mentorship/coaching skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem solving skills.
- An ability to work your shifts as scheduled and meet attendance requirements
- An ability to be seated at a desk for up to 8 hours/day
The Hours:
- Must be available for 1 full week of full training – Monday to Friday between 11am to 7pm
- Select Full-Time and Part-Time availability for regularly scheduled shifts:
- Part Time – 2 to 3 shifts/20 hours per week (minimum required)
- Full Time – 4 shifts/32 hours per week
- Full Time – 5 shifts/40 hours per week
- Ability to work a Set Schedule
- Ability to work until 6/7pm and weekends (assest)
- Ability to work shifts up to 8.5 hours in length within our online and retail operating hours of 8 AM - 7 PM your local time 7 days per week
- Ability to increase your availability during our peak sales events in November/December and April/May
- Ability to work during peak sales events (time off requests will not be approved)
- Open availability is preferred
