Job Title: Videographer/Labourer
Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Videographer/Labourer to join our team, responsible for assisting the crew with tree work while also capturing content for our social media and marketing. The ideal candidate is comfortable working outdoors in a physical, hands-on role and has an eye for capturing engaging video and photo content on the job site.
Duties
- Assist arborist during tree work (rigging, bringing equipment/tools as needed)
- Move branches in work zone to wood chipper
- Clean site after completion of job
- Stack wood (occasionally load wood/logs)
- Capture video and photos of work action sequences on job sites
- Upload and organize videos/pictures to shared drive
- Work with social media management to build social media content
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
Qualifications
- Proven experience in photography and videography
- Experience operating a drone for aerial photo/video capture
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record is an asset
- Strong commitment to safety
Employment Type: Seasonal, until end of November
Hours: 30+ hours per week guaranteed
