Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and personable Bartender/Cook to join our team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Take orders from customers accurately using POS system
- Cook and prepare menu items following food safety standards and recipes.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage cash handling, including processing payments accurately and providing correct change.
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, kitchen, and dining space in compliance with health regulations.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow all food safety procedures related to food handling, storage, and sanitation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations during shifts.
Experience
- Previous experience in restaurant or food industry settings preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles.
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours.
- Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly attitude.
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and accurate order processing.
- Experience working in hospitality environments that require multitasking between serving, bartending, and cooking duties is advantageous. Pay: $17.20-$17.80 per hour
