Job Summary
Advanced Respiratory Care Network is hiring a full-time Inside Sales & Social Media Marketing Coordinator to support patient sales, patient retention, and digital marketing for sleep apnea therapy products, including CPAP/BiPAP devices, masks, accessories, and replacement supplies.
This is a patient-facing healthcare sales and marketing role for someone who is confident on the phone, professional in person, fluent in English, and skilled at creating clear social media content that supports patient education, lead generation, product awareness, and long-term patient follow-up.

What You’ll Do
Inside Sales, Patient Sales & Retention
- Respond to inbound calls, online inquiries, and walk-in patient questions about CPAP/BiPAP equipment, sleep apnea devices, masks, tubing, filters, humidification supplies, cleaning products, and accessories.
- Follow up with patients after sleep testing, CPAP setup, mask fitting, supply purchases, and therapy reviews to support patient retention and continued care.
- Educate patients on product options, accessory replacement schedules, and available services while escalating clinical questions to qualified healthcare professionals.
- Support inside sales by preparing quotes, processing orders, tracking leads, documenting follow-ups, and maintaining accurate patient and sales records.
- Identify patient supply replacement opportunities and proactively support recurring accessory purchases.
- Build positive patient relationships through professional, timely, courteous, and compassionate communication.
- Work with clinical, administrative, and management teams to support patient satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
- Meet agreed sales, follow-up, and retention targets while maintaining ethical healthcare sales practices.
Social Media Marketing
- Create, schedule, and publish social media content for Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, and other approved platforms.
- Develop captions, posts, graphics, short-form videos, clinic updates, patient education content, and promotional campaigns related to sleep apnea, CPAP therapy, and accessory replacement.
- Write professional, accurate, and engaging English content with strong grammar, spelling, proofreading, and tone.
- Support digital campaigns across Facebook, X, YouTube, and Google marketing channels to improve awareness, generate leads, encourage patient follow-up, and promote patient retention.
- Monitor social media comments, direct messages, reviews, and online inquiries, and respond or escalate appropriately.
- Track basic campaign performance and recommend improvements based on engagement, inquiries, and results.
- Follow healthcare privacy, confidentiality, advertising, and communication standards when creating or responding to online content.
Education, Certifications & Training
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Sales, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Social media and digital marketing education or certification is strongly preferred, including Meta Blueprint, Google Digital Garage/Fundamentals of Digital Marketing, Google Ads or Google Analytics certification, HubSpot Social Media Marketing, Hootsuite Platform Certification, LinkedIn Marketing, YouTube marketing training, Canva Design School, or equivalent training.
- Inside sales, consultative selling, customer relationship management, healthcare sales, patient engagement, or customer service training is an asset.
- Knowledge of CPAP/BiPAP therapy, sleep apnea devices, masks, supplies, and respiratory care products is an asset; training may be provided to the right candidate.
- Training in privacy, confidentiality, healthcare communication, or patient records management is an asset.
- Experience with CRM systems, point-of-sale systems, appointment software, social media scheduling tools, Microsoft Office, and Canva or similar design tools is preferred.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, patient coordination, healthcare sales, medical equipment sales, or a related role is preferred.
- Required experience with social media marketing, content creation, campaign execution, and online engagement across Facebook, X, YouTube, and Google marketing platforms.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent writing, spelling, grammar, proofreading, and professional communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with patients by phone, email, in person, and through approved digital channels.
- Confident discussing products, pricing, accessories, follow-up needs, and patient retention opportunities.
- Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy healthcare office environment.
- Professional, reliable, positive, and committed to excellent patient service.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality, privacy, and respectful healthcare communication.
