We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily operations at our Home2 Suites property in Canada. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff to ensure timely and quality cleaning services.
- Implement cleaning schedules and maintenance routines aligned with hotel standards.
- Train staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and public areas to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and provide ongoing training.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience in housekeeping management or facilities maintenance within the hospitality industry.
