Mountain Mechanical is looking for an Automotive Service Writer/Parts Person for our high paced Sparwood Location. Dealing with both Fleet operations and walk-in (cash sale) customers.
Responsibilities include:
Booking appointments
Accurately quote/estimate jobs for customers
Customer service (phone/in-person/email)
Work closely with Service Manager and Technicians to ensure accurate information relayed to customer.
Look up and order parts.
Required Skills/Assets
3-5 years experience as service writer/parts person considered an asset
Strong mechanical background/understanding an asset
Parts person 3 Red Seal Ticket considered an asset
Computer literacy essential (Microsoft Office) *Required*
Excellent Customer Service Skills *Required*
