Go Services Inc. is looking for dependable, safety-focused operators with hands-on vac truck experience to join our growing industrial team working on commercial and industrial sites across Alberta.

What You’ll Be Operating
- Industrial vacuum trucks
- Septic and combo vac units
- Trailers and specialized equipment
- Pumps, hoses, and vacuum systems
What You’ll Do
- Safely operate vacuum trucks and related equipment on commercial and industrial sites
- Perform septic, slurry, sump, and liquid waste removal services
- Operate vacuum systems, pumps, hoses, and valves safely and efficiently
- Complete equipment servicing, site cleanups, and waste transfers
- Pull trailers and properly secure loads for transport
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment
- Maintain accurate digital driving logs and HOS compliance
- Complete work tickets, inspection reports, and disposal documentation
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatch, and site personnel
- Follow all site safety procedures and company policies
- Keep trucks, tanks, and equipment clean, organized, and inspection-ready
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Class 3Q Vacuum Truck Operator
- Proven experience operating industrial vacuum trucks and related equipment
- Strong understanding of vacuum systems, pumps, hoses, and waste handling procedures
- Experience working on industrial and commercial job sites
- Ability to safely pull trailers and maneuver heavy equipment
- Strong knowledge of daily inspections and preventative equipment care
- Safe driving habits and strong attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
Schedule
Monday–Friday
Start Time: 5:00 AM – 7:00 AM
End Time: Varies daily based on customer requirements
Need to be flexible with afterhours, call outs, and emergency calls.
This role requires flexibility based on operational demands and customer site requirements.
Requirements
- Valid Class 3Q Licence with clean driver’s abstract
- Previous Vacuum Truck Operating Experience required
- Clean Drug & Alcohol Test
- H2S Alive
- First Aid Certification
- CSO Certification
- Reliable transportation to and from work
Compensation & Benefits
- $30.00–$32.00 per hour
- Overtime paid after 8 hours/day
