The Comfort Inn Burlington Hotel is seeking a professional and energetic individual for the position of Weekend Night Auditor/Guest Service Representative at the Front Desk.
The shifts would be every Friday and Saturday night from 11pm-7am. If you were interested in more shifts, we would also train you in our other shifts 3pm-11am and 7am-3pm and there would be a chance of picking up extra shifts during the week when possible but the shifts would primarily be every Friday night at 11pm to 7am and every Saturday night starting at 11pm-7am.
Although you must be a team player, you must be comfortable and confident working alone. Most of the shifts will be working alone, so you must feel comfortable dealing with hotel guests while working by yourself.
Dependability is a required attribute, as is being able to stay awake and alert for your entire shift through the night. Previous experience working overnight is an asset.
The successful candidate will be a professional, friendly, out-going person who excels at providing great customer service to every guest. You must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment, multitask and resolve guest concerns.
Some of the other responsibilities include but are not limited to taking reservations both over the telephone and in person, checking guests in and out of the hotel, assign guest rooms, calculate charges and receive payments, balance credit cards and cash. Must have computer skills.
Knowledge of Choice Advantage would be an asset but not required as we will train you.
