We are looking for a licensed Ontario paralegal to join us as an authorized supervising representative on a file-by-file basis. In practical terms, this would work as follows:
- Second Chance Solutions Inc. handles all client intake, marketing, consultation, document gathering, and application preparation
- You would review each completed application package prior to submission to confirm accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- You would act as the authorized representative on each IRCC filing, signing off professionally on files you have reviewed and approved
- You retain full professional discretion — you would never be asked to submit anything you are not satisfied with
Pay: From $50.00 per hour
