Job Overview

Duties
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry, vendor payments, and client billing
- Perform job cost tracking and coding of expenses to active construction projects in QuickBooks Online
- Reconcile accounts and support month-end close procedures
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to resolve billing and administrative inquiries
- Assist the Office Coordinator with administrative duties as required
- Support reporting and documentation needs across active job files
Experience & Qualifications
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online (required)
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience in job costing, preferably in a construction or trades environment
- Experience with bank reconciliation and account analysis
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related compliance requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to effectively document and report financial information
- Basic budgeting skills are a plus
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting field
