St. Francis Daycare & OSC is seeking an experienced and dependable childcare professional to provide temporary Director coverage. There may be an opportunity to continue in another supervisory position after the temporary coverage period, depending on performance and operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the daycare
- Maintain staff-to-child ratios and licensing requirements
- Support and supervise educators
- Communicate professionally with families
- Maintain a safe, welcoming, and organized environment
- Complete required administrative duties and documentation
Requirements:
- Alberta Child Care Staff Certification
- Valid First Aid and CPR certification
- Current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Previous childcare leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Alberta childcare licensing requirements
