Snowcleared is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join our team for the upcoming winter season!
This is a fast-paced position supporting our snow and ice operations by coordinating crews, equipment, subcontractors, and active service events.
⚠ PLEASE NOTE: This is an ON-CALL POSITION with NO MINIMUM HOURS GUARANTEED. Hours will vary depending on weather and snow/ice events. Applicants must have flexibility and be available to work when events require dispatch support, including evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
❄ Previous dispatch experience is required
❄ Snow and ice dispatch experience is an asset, but all dispatch experience will be considered
❄ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
❄ Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
❄ A proactive problem-solving mindset
❄ Strong communication skills
❄ Experience working remotely and independently
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be comfortable and experienced using:
- Gmail
- Google Drive
- Google Sheets
- Google Docs and other Google Workspace programs
- Online communication and dispatch systems
⌨ Typing speed of approximately 35–45 WPM required.

This is an important role within our operations, and we are looking for someone who can stay organized, think on their feet, and help keep our crews and equipment moving efficiently during snow and ice events.
