We are looking for Bartenders to join the Taverna Mercatto Team. If you’re personable, energetic, and enjoy creating a great experience for every guest, we’d love to meet you.
We are currently hiring for both part-time and full-time positions, with weekend availability required.

Naturally welcoming and confident behind the bar, with an easy ability to connect with guests

Comfortable preparing classic cocktails and bar staples with consistency and care

Clear, friendly, and professional in your communication with both guests and teammates

Detail-oriented, organized, and attentive to the rhythm and flow of the bar

Smart Serve certified

Deliver warm, engaging hospitality while creating great moments at the bar

Prepare and serve classic cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and care

Guide guests through drink offerings and pairings with confidence

Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to keep service flowing smoothly

Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout service

Process orders and payments accurately using Silverware POS
