Position: Client Service Manager for Senior Care Company
Role Overview:
The Client Service Manager will collaborate closely with the Client Services Director to oversee and enhance all aspects of client services for an in home care company. This role involves ensuring client and family satisfaction, conducting home visits, coordinating care plan adjustments, and driving business development through service inquiry follow-ups and promotional activities.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Client Satisfaction: Ensure clients and their families are content with services by conducting regular checks and communicating feedback to the Operations Team.
- Home Visits: Administer home visits to assess client needs and caregiver performance.
- Care Plan Coordination: Adjust Care Plans based on client feedback, caregiver observations, and reassessments.
- Business Development: Handle service inquiry calls, follow up on leads, and meet revenue goals by upselling services and promoting additional offerings like gift certificates.
- Client Communication: Establish regular communication protocols for new clients, including caregiver introductions.
- Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Operations Team.
Qualifications:
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to organize, detail-oriented, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent phone and follow-up skills with prospects, clients, and families. Strong verbal skills, particularly in phone communications.
- Leadership: Proactive in problem prevention and resolution.
- Experience: An RN, RPN or PSW designation strongly preferred. At least six months in a customer service role, with industry experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree and one year related work experience strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
