We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in assessing patients' physical conditions and developing personalized treatment plans to help them regain mobility, alleviate pain, and improve overall well-being. All patient care is delivered through our digital platform.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough virtual assessments of patients' physical conditions, including reviewing medical histories and evaluating movement, strength, flexibility, and coordination.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessments, setting achievable goals for patients' recovery and improvement.
- Educate patients on exercises, techniques, and lifestyle modifications to support their recovery and prevent further injuries.
- Regularly monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Communicate with on-site facility staff to support patient care delivery.
- Adhere to ethical and professional standards of practice as set by the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
Qualifications
- Registered physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics, with the ability to apply this knowledge in clinical settings.
- Comfortable with virtual care and telehealth delivery.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with patients.
- Proficiency with digital platforms and electronic documentation tools.
- Professional liability insurance.
