Real estate broker looking for an administrative/assistant to join her team. If you enjoy real estate, marketing and social media you’ll be please to join our team. The candidate need to be well organized and able to do the follow up with clients and remember the transactions deadlines. Responsibilities:
- Reply to emails and answer phone calls
- Schedule visits/prepare visit sheets
- Follow up on purchasing conditions such as mortgage approvals, inspections, reception of documents, etc.
- Oversee all aspects of the buyer transactions from purchase agreement to closing.
- Regularly update & maintain communication with clients and brokers.
- Send feedback following client visits.
- Submit all necessary documentation
- Coordinate closing dates.
- Maintain client information in database up to date.
- Help with all additional tasks related to the buying process.
- Submit documents on the server and in prospects
- Make solicitation calls to potential customers
- Prepare and schedule advertising mailings and post
Skills, Requirements & Qualifications:
- Thrives in fast-paced environment and remains calm in high pressure situations.
- Bilingual, English & French both spoken and written
- Preferably own's a car
- Knowledge of several of the following systems (MLS, Matrix, Gmreb, instaforms, Brokerloading, Immo contact) is an asset, Excel and Word is an imperative.
- Attention to detail with documents and emails.
- Ability to prioritize and manage shifting responsibilities.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Enjoys talking to clients and problem solving.
- Able to easily learn new technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication. (English & French)
- Team player who wants to contribute to the success of the team!
- Real estate experience is a plus but not necessary.
- Marketing or/and customer service is necessary
