Arcera is a Toronto-based sales and marketing organization specializing in face-to-face customer acquisition for nationally recognized brands. Founded in 2021 and headquartered in North York, we execute both B2B and B2C campaigns throughout the Greater Toronto Area.
As an authorized partner of TELUS, we represent their residential products and services through consultative, relationship-focused customer engagement. Key Responsibilities
- Represent TELUS residential products and services through direct customer engagement across the Greater Toronto Area.
- Learn and execute a proven, structured sales process through comprehensive training.
- Build rapport with prospective customers and effectively communicate the value of TELUS solutions.
- Consistently work toward individual sales targets while maintaining high standards of professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
