Duties
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
- Utilize dealership service manuals and schematics to accurately assess vehicle issues and determine necessary repairs.
- Assemble and disassemble vehicle components as needed for repair or replacement.
- Operate power tools and equipment safely and effectively to complete repairs.
- Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's condition and recommended services.
- Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle repairs and parts handling.
Experience
- Previous experience as an Automotive Technician or Mechanic for 2 years is Required.
- 310S license is prefered.
- Proficiency in reading schematics and technical manuals related to automotive repair.
- Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair work.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers effectively and provide outstanding service.
